According to reports from concerned parents and local residents, a teacher at the school has allegedly forced Hindu students to wear hijabs and memorize verses from the Qur'an. Furthermore, the same teacher has reportedly discouraged students from wearing traditional Hindu symbols such as shankha and sindoor , both significant in Hindu customs. Complaints also include claims of derogatory remarks about idol worship, a sacred part of Hinduism, which were allegedly made by the teacher.  In Khulna, a Hindu youth named Utshob Mondal age 15 was brutally beaten by an angry mob over rumors of blasphemy against the Prophet Muhammad. The incident occurred around 12:30 AM on September 4 in the Sonadanga residential area. Local college students claimed that Mondal had made derogatory remarks about the Prophet on social media. After being apprehended by a group of students, he was taken to the Deputy Police Commissioner's office, where hundreds gathered to protest and demand his punishment. Despite attempts by police and military personnel to calm the situation, the mob broke into the office and assaulted Mondal. The police later stated that he would be brought to justice, but the violence escalated, leaving him seriously injured.  In Faridpur, the idols of Durga, Kartik, Arjun, Ganesh, and others were vandalized at the Hari Temple in the Gurdapatti area of Vanga Upazila. The attack occurred just days after artisans had completed the idol-making process, with preparations underway for painting. Approximately 100 meters away, at the Vanga Sarbajanin Kali Temple, the Ganesh idol was also found damaged after the construction work was finished and painting was pending. Both incidents took place during the night of September 17, raising alarm over the safety of religious minorities in the region. Local authorities are investigating the vandalism.
