Three Killed as Forest Buddha Vihara in Rangamati Reduced to Rubble

 On September 20, 2024, the Bonrupa Maitri Buddha Vihara in Rangamati was reduced to ruins, resulting in the deaths of three people. The entire indigenous community nearby was engulfed in flames, leaving devastation in its wake. Local authorities are investigating the cause of the fire, and community leaders are demanding urgent action to ensure the safety and protection of minority religious sites.
